LOCATION
Britcon is located at Nottingham Trent University City Campus, a 15 minute walk or even shorter tram ride from Nottingham Mainline Station. Nottingham is well connected to many cross country and inter city routes, including being 2-2.5 hours on a direct line from St Pancras, the Eurostar terminus in London, making Britcon easily accessible from Europe by rail. For our 3-day periods the timings of your travel to and from Britcon (Friday afternoon/Sunday evening) mean you should be able to book some of the lowest fares available, whatever your route to Nottingham. Discount fares usually are released 12 weeks prior to the date of travel, and the website "The Trainline"'s ticket alert system emails the moment cheap advance tickets for a specific journey come on sale (often the cheapest fares). We will be sending out a reminder email around this time in case you forget!

By Air
East Midlands Airport is the closest airport to Nottingham City Campus, and is just 15 miles outside the city. The Skylink bus service runs every half an hour into the city centre, from where you can walk or get the tram to the venue.
